Join us and be part of the collaboration!
Do you enjoy planning events, thinking creatively, or connecting with local businesses? The Fundraising Committee is for you! This team works together to brainstorm, organize, and run fundraisers throughout the school year. Tasks may include helping with event planning (like auctions, dine-out nights, or merchandise sales), securing sponsorships or donations, and promoting fundraising activities. Whether you have a lot of time or just a little, your support helps fund vital programs, classroom needs, and student activities.
Time Commitment: Flexible; varies depending on the event
Skills Needed: Enthusiasm, creativity, and/or organizational skills
If you like structure, clarity, and supporting good governance, consider joining the Bylaws Committee. This group reviews the PTCO’s governing rules and makes recommendations for updates to ensure our organization operates effectively and legally. You’ll collaborate to clarify roles, procedures, and decision-making processes. It’s a great way to learn how nonprofits work and ensure the PTCO remains accountable and transparent.
Time Commitment: Periodic meetings throughout the year
Skills Needed: Attention to detail, interest in policies or nonprofit operations
Please consider supporting our wonderful staff by donating to the Staff Appreciation Station! You can drop of your snack donations at the MCAA Office - please label them "PTCO Staff Snacks."
A great resource for parents and the community. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer at MCAA, we’d love to have you involved! Please take a moment to review the MCAA Volunteer Handbook for important guidelines and requirements.
